On November 17th, 2003 at 6:01am (same time her aunty Tiffy was born!) Shawn
became a Daddy for the 1st time. Cierra Lynn Corrine Hagin was born weighing 6 lbs 15 oz (again, Aunty is going off
her memory!). What a proud papa he was! Shawn always wanted a boy but the minute he seen his daughter's face, he didn't
want it any other way. Cierra instantly became, "Daddy's little Girl"! And she ws spoiled by her Daddy's love.
Everytime Mommy said no, she ran to Daddy who whispered Yes! They were/ are a proud loving family, Shawn, Charron and
Cierra. And to make it even more loving, Charron became pregnant around April 2005 with Dacey. It's funny, because
before we knew Dacey was a girl, we told Shawn, it's gonna be a girl! We can only see you with Girls Shawn! And
sure enough, There was a little Dacey Ann in Charron's tummy!
Dacey was born 9 days after Shawn's 2nd 300 game. She was born in
the early morning of January 12, 2006. I think she was 7 lbs 8 oz. Again Shawn found instant love with his 2nd
daughter. Dacey looks so similar to Shawn's newborn pictures of himself. I think she has her Mommy's nose but
everything else is her dad. Shawn wanted one of his babies to have his eyes. I remember when she was about 3 months
old,Shawn brought her to me in Chrissy's room asking what color I thought her eyes would be. I said it was to hard to
tell still and he said, they will be blue. And he was right. He got his wish.
Cierra looks so striking similar to her Daddy as well. Her hair color
is the same as her Dad's when he was little. I am so sad that these girls won't get to know him in person, but they
will know him better than anyone in their hearts. I wish Shawn could have at least seen Dacey's 1st birthday. Well,
I know he will. He'll be there and I pray he let's us know it.
I promise to make sure these girls know who their Dad is and how much he
loved them. They were his everything. His everything. And they still are.
Daddy Loves you Cierra and Dacey. Daddy will Always Love You.
A father is someone that holds your hand at the fair makes sure you
do what your mother says holds back your hair when you are sick brushes that hair when it is tangled because mother
is too busy lets you eat ice cream for breakfast but only when mother is away he walks you down the aisle and
tells you everythings gonna be ok Fathers Day Quote by: Unknown
My father gave me the greatest gift
anyone could give another person, he believed in me. Fathers Day Quote by: Jim Valvano
If I should ever leave you whom I love To go along the Silent Way,
grieve not, Nor speak of me with tears, but laugh and talk of me as if I were beside you there.
(I'd
come-I'd come, could I but find a way! But would not tears and grief be barriers?)
And when you hear a song
or see a bird I loved, please do not let the thought of me be sad... For I am loving you just as I always have...
You were so good to me! There are so many things I wanted still
to do— so many things to say
to you... Remember that I did not fear— It was just leaving you that was so hard to face...
We cannot
see Beyond... But this I know: I loved you so— 'twas heaven here with you! ~Isla

What a job!
I might describe my job in a little more detail here. I'll write about what I do, what I like best about it, and even some
of the frustrations. (A job with frustrations? Hard to believe, huh?)
